I forgot to skip and my subscription has renewed, can I still skip?

We ask any Skips are made by the 28th of the month prior to your next renewal date, for example if you wished to skip February, you would need to skip by 28th January.

If you skip your box after the 28th you will not be skipping the current month, this will be applied to the next subscription month.

If you do forget to skip after the 28th please email us ideally before the 1st of the next month, as we cannot guarantee a cancelation or refund past this date.

If your subscription attempts to renew and fails, and you haven’t contacted us this could lead to a cancelled subscription.
