If your renewal payment fails, don’t worry! We will attempt to process it two more times.
If you still want your box but need a few more days to make the payment, we can usually hold it for you. It’s best to reach out so we can confirm this for you. You can also log in to your account and pay for a failed renewal at any time, as long as it’s before the 10th of the month.
If we don’t hear from you and your renewal still hasn’t been processed by the 10th, we’ll go ahead and cancel your subscription.
